I’m going to show a bit of my age here. Initially I was a bit worried about the lack of face-to-face meeting time, which is the business model I’m more familiar with. However, it became quickly clear that your team was very responsive to our requests and suggestions, and that using Basecamp was very effective. My primary contact, Tara, did a great job and I felt that she was always available for questions or suggestions. I’m not exactly sure who did what on the product, but what I’ve seen is a huge step forward for us. The people who have seen the page are very impressed. So the team that worked on the project worked efficiently, quickly, they were very responsive, and developed a product that met our expectations. I anticipate that we’ll be needing some help with some aspect of the web site in the future and look forward to working with you and your team again.
